Training Schemes with Good Prospects

VÖGELE are known nationwide for their exemplary training concept for industrial mechanics (m/f), mechatronics (m/f), warehouse logisticians (m/f) and construction mechanics (m/f).

Vocational training has been a top priority at our company for decades. Offering superb training to the employees (m/f) of the future in our own company is very rewarding for both parties.

Prerequisites

When choosing our apprentices for technical professions, we look for applicants (m/f) who are enthusiastic about technology and modern machines and who have a knack for craftsmanship. They should also have a good knowledge of physics and mathematics.

For vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialist, we expect a sound knowledge of mathematics and a systematic way of thinking.

Equally important are a love of learning, a willingness to work and good team skills. We also value communication skills and the wish to overcome challenges, working together with colleagues. That fits in with our corporate culture.

A smooth transition into practical work

Right from the outset, we ensure that our training schemes are practically geared in both our factory and the CTT, our Centre for Training and Technology.
