Narrow Entrance: The SUPER 700 even fits through narrow doorways.

Paving Alongside Walls: The small machine paves right up to within 5cm of boundaries.

Public Park: The perfect helper for landscaping contracts.

Underground Car Park: The SUPER 700 is perfectly suited for indoor applications.

Paving Narrow Strips: Use of the mini paver is possible even for the smallest areas, i.e. between tramway tracks or when backfilling trenches.

Hard Shoulders: The SUPER 700 is the ideal complement to the large pavers.

Optimal technology for a variety of paving jobs

The SUPER 600 was successfully launched in 2006 and now, four years down the road, the SUPER 700 is poised to supersede it. The new mini paver retains the small dimensions of its predecessor, but offers higher performance figures. The primary gain is the larger maximum pave width of 3.2m. Of course, this also requires more engine power, which is why a 45kW DEUTZ engine is installed in the new mini paver.

Wide range of applications

With a track width of just 1.1m and a clearance width of no more than 1.2m, the design of the SUPER 700 allows contractors to handle a wide range of paving applications. The machine is the ideal candidate for small and medium-sized contracts, such as backfilling trenches, paving footpaths and cycle paths or surfacing small traffic areas and minor roads.

Ideal for special-purpose jobs

Using a machine to pave floors in halls or underground car parks places high demands on the machine technology as manœuvrability and compact dimensions are vital. On these applications, too, the small SUPER 700 cuts a nice figure. Another strong point of the small paver is its suitability for use in the landscaping sector.

Equipped with the AB 200 V Extending Screed

The AB 200 V Extending Screed (with vibrators in the basic screed and extending units) has been specially designed for use with the SUPER 700. The screed has a basic width of 1.1m and extends hydraulically up to 2m. By addition of bolt-on extensions, the AB 200 V builds up to a maximum pave width of 3.2m.

System for pave width reduction allows minimum width of 0.5m

A special system for pave width reduction has been developed for jobs smaller than the screed’s basic width of 1.1m. This system allows the pave width of the AB 200 V to be reduced continuously from 1.1m to 0.5m, without a need for conversion. As the screed also floats on the mix with the system for pave width reduction fitted, optimal precompaction values are achieved at all times. What’s more, manual work is reduced to an absolute minimum.

Electric screed heating

Just like the larger VÖGELE screeds, the AB 200 V also comes with electric screed heating. The system ensures uniform distribution of the heat across the screed plates of the basic screed, the extending units and bolt-on extensions. The prerequisites for creating perfect surfaces are thus fulfilled.
