Der SUPER 1103-2 ist vom Gesamtkonzept ein besonders wirtschaftlicher und kompakter Radfertiger.Wann immer kleine Straßen und Wege oder kleine Plätze gebaut werden sollen, bietet sich der VÖGELE Radfertiger hervorragend an. Dabei kann es ruhig eng zugehen. Denn aufgrund seiner äußerst kompakten Dimensionen kommt er selbst auf engsten Baustellen hervorragend zurecht. Dabei muss jedoch nicht auf ordentliche Einbaubreiten verzichtet werden. Ausgestattet mit der Ausziehbohle AB 340 mit Vibration können bis zu 4,2 m erzielt werden. Angetrieben wird der SUPER 1103-2 von einem DEUTZ Dieselmotor mit 58 kW Leistung. Der besonders sparsame ECO-Mode steht auch für diesen kompakten Radfertiger zur Verfügung, wodurch Kraftstoff gespart und Lärm reduziert werden kann.


Richtig groß ist der Kompakte in Sachen Bedienung. So verfügt auch der SUPER 1103-2 über das ergonomische und leicht verständliche Bedienkonzept ErgoPlus®, wodurch das Arbeiten mit dem VÖGELE Fertiger noch sicherer und komfortabler wird.

Compact Design for Paving in Tight Corners

  • Due to a small turning radius (outside) of just 4.8m, SUPER 1103-2 boasts excellent manoeuvrability, a great advantage when working in tight spaces.
  • The slim paver design without protruding edges and an overall length of no more than 4.95m renders the machine ideal for easy paving on small job sites.
  • Thanks to a clearance width of just 1.85m (with end plates fitted), the paver easily gets in or out of confined working areas. When folding in the hopper sides, push-rollers fold up as well.
  • The hardtop of glass fibre reinforced polymer material folds down with effortless ease, thus getting the paver quickly ready for transport.

Efficient Drive Concept

  • Modern and powerful DEUTZ engine rated at 58kW delivering ample power for all paving tasks.
  • ECO Mode (50 kW at 1,800 rpm) is sufficient for many paving applications. Working in ECO Mode decreases engine noise emission, reduces fuel consumption and wear.
  • Powerful three-phase A.C. generator with Generator Management controlling generator output in compliance with your pave width. Heating the screed to operating temperature takes a short time only.
  • Excellent cooling capacity provides for ideal temperatures inside the hydraulic system and full power output of drive units even when working under full load and at high ambient temperatures of up to 50° C.
  • For hydraulic functions, high-quality separate drives are installed operating in closed circuits. This way, the transfer gearbox transforms engine output highly efficiently into hydraulic paver performance.

Travels Swiftly Under Its Own Power

  • Paver moves quickly on the job site and travels rapidly on public roads (up to 20km/h).
  • Maximum power transmission thanks to separate, hydraulic drives provided for the rear wheels. The amply dimensioned powered wheels with large contact surfaces provide for high tractive effort.
  • Electronic Traction Management guarantees optimal power transmission and a constant pave speed.
  • The front wheels are mounted on bogies. Bogies oscillating in a transverse direction compensate minor irregularities in the base and provide for permanent contact of the powered wheels with the ground.

Easy and Clean Feed with Mix

  • Oscillating push-rollers for convenient and shock-free docking also of large feed vehicles.
  • The large material hopper holding 10 tonnes is ampy dimensioned so that a sufficient quantity of mix is stored at all times. No problem to tide over situations where feed with mix may be difficult (narrow places, for instance).
  • Hopper sides, folding separately, guarantee a consistent feed with mix even when paving in asymmetrical width. They allow to smoothly pave along boundaries such as walls.

Proportional Control for a Constand Head of Mix in Front of the Screed

  • Powerful and separate hydraulic drives installed for conveyors and augers achieve laydown rates up to 200 tonnes/h.
  • Separate control provided for each conveyor and each auger. When operating in Automatic Mode, conveyors and augers are subject to continual monitoring. Proportional control provides for a constant head of mix in front of the screed.
  • A flow of mix controlled automatically relieves the paver operator, so he can devote his attention to other essentials.
  • Augers are infinitely variable in height by 13cm across the full pave width for optimal spreading of mix.
  • Folding limiting plates for the auger tunnel are installed to quickly set up the machine for paving within its full range of pave widths. There is no need for conversion.

Economical and Service-Friendly Design

  • Large hinged panels give convenient access to service points on the machine.
  • All hydraulic pumps attached to the transfer gearbox. Their clear arrangement and easy access provides for service-friendliness at the highest level.
  • The bearings of conveyors and augers are maintenance-free.
  • Sturdy components of highly wear-resistant materials for long service lives minimize downtime.
